I rarely go to subway because I’ve always had bad experiences not with the product but with their service in general. Today me and my family decided to give it a try again but very unfortunate to say it was like always. Their service sucks. I don’t need a cute face to make my order, I will appreciate to have an employee that is able to deliver good service and a good final product. I ordered two foot long cold cuts on Italian herbs and cheese bread and a great Canadian foot long. Everything was going well up until that point. He was starting to make the cold cuts subs and then another guy came from the back and they started speaking Hindi and it was then when the guy stoped making the cold cuts sandwich and started making the great Canadian. Immediately after he was finished making that one he removes the cold cuts from the bread and tells me they don’t have any more and the other person proceeds to remove the tray full of cold cuts from their table. At that point I asked him why did that happen and he repeated himself. It was very obvious they did not want to sell the cold cuts because it is $4.99 cheaper than the great Canadian club. At that point I did not want to waste more time and order 3 great Canadian clubs which one of them was made with the wrong cheese but because I did want to get out of there quick I did not bother making them doing it correctly. When I.get to the cash register I tell the lady I wanna get the promo they had advertised online for the long weekend which is buy one get the second one 50% off but I was told right there they were not offering that promo at that location. According to them i should have had a printed coupon so what is the point for a company like subway to advertise something like this online if the store owners don’t align to the franchise procedures. They sell you whatever they wanna sell you and charge you whatever they wanna charge you. So to summarize even without the coupon my bill of $49 dollars should have been at least $10 dollars cheaper but because the guys decided in my face not to sell me the cold cuts I ended up having to pay more and on top I was not able to get the promotion for the long weekend because they also decided they were not taking that at the store.

I had ordered my regular sub, from my regular subway I go to in town. I had ordered cookies and they ran out. Left a note to call for refund. I wasn’t upset yet understanding. I had called as note advices. Male worker picked up with an already bad tone, and I’m not one to typically be picky abt costumer service or anything In general, I let things go. However, after explaining why I’m calling he goes “ r u coming into the store tmr to get some or..??” I don’t drive so told him it wouldn’t be worth it and if there’s anything else. He replies, “ so a refund or what do you want me to do!??” In a very irritated voice, seeming like I ruined his whole shift by asking for a refund. Just very disappointed and felt disrespected as never have I had issues before.
