  This was a really disappointing experience. I came in with a friend to get Blizzards, and the staff gave our order to the wrong customer. Instead of remaking it, they chased the person outside, took the ice cream back, and tried to give it to us—even though it looked like some had been eaten. When I asked for a fresh one, I was given a hard time until I mentioned a refund. That’s unacceptable from a food safety standpoint and very unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

  Great experience at Dairy Queen! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gurkirat was amazing—he made my order perfectly. Really impressed with the service!
