  Hello Today I got a quarter pounder and it was cooked just right . I like mine a little on the well done . The fries were hot and tasty and so was the coffee. I really enjoyed my meal today and please keep up the good cooking and service. Thanks

  My boyfriend and I took his nephews to McDonald’s this afternoon… i witnessed employees hovering around guests (standing beside their table in silence) and talking/ interrupting the conversation they were having.. talking to the families 6-8 year old, asking personal questions…when they’re supposed to be cleaning tables…another was clearly just getting on break and instead of maybe telling him to actually clean he joined in the conversation; which made them visibly uncomfortable… the family left before finishing their meals and didn’t take their time leaving. When we were leaving that same employee rushed over with the spray bottle in hand, leaned over the wall where the garbage can was and basically forced himself in between my boyfriend and garbage can to assist in an already crowded spot while somehow also grabbing the trays out of my hand that weren’t even emptied yet, THEN persisted to follow us to the door. Watching the way they interacted with other customers having a meal, just walking in the door, and ourselves made the atmosphere feel un-comfortable and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

  I am deeply disappointed by the treatment we received at McDonald’s. While waiting only a few minutes for our food, my fiancé and I were simply trying to stay dry from the rain and sit comfortably. The front desk employee was kind, but the manager was rude, unprofessional, and made a scene by yelling at us for no valid reason. This was unacceptable service, and I hope this behavior is reviewed and addressed appropriately.
