- JLJackie LawrenceMay 10, 20261.0Last time. If I could give this store and its employees’ customer service a zero, I would. We ordered 3 subs, 3 drinks 2 cookies. We got the subs. One of which was made wrong. I tried to call the store. There were 3 different phone numbers that I came across, and all of them went to a voicemail that wasn’t set up for anything. No answering machine. Nothing. So then I had to go into the store. I said all of this to the girl and she basically called me a liar when I said one of the subs was wrong. I told her that her customer service was awful. No compensation. No money back. I got the 3 pops and 2 cookies they owed me. What a terrible store. I will drive past it now.
