  Under new ownership in St.Thomas Ontario...if you live in south London take the short trip to St.Thomas KFC ...it is the best chicken we've had from KFC in years...unbelievable and friendly staff too...

  Never ordering from this location again. I placed an order at 1:30 PM with an expected delivery time of 2:00 PM. By 2:30, the order still hadn’t arrived. When I called the store, they said they had no idea what happened and claimed the item had already been sent, offering no real help. Around 5:30 PM, someone from another street showed up saying the order had been delivered to their address by mistake. By then, the food was cold and not edible. I’m deeply disappointed with the service.

  Went here for lunch, ordered a popcorn chicken combo, paid 13 dollars and then when the food came out there was only popcorn chicken and gravy in the bag. I asked does the combo not come with fries? The same lady who I had ordered the COMBO from says no you didn’t get the combo. So I paid 13 dollars for a cup of gravy and a couple pieces of popcorn chicken ? She started pointing at my receipt and saying no you didn’t get the combo, I literally ordered it from her. I realized it was getting no where so I took my food and left, but you better believe I will NOT be coming back!! Where is your customer service ?????? Ridiculous.
