We were hesitant to go there because we have not had a good experience at MOST Swiss Chalets...dry chicken, small serving, unappetizing looking presentation, poor service, etc. WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE THE ST THOMAS EXPERIENCE WAS! Marathi was our server. She was very helpful with our 98 year old Aunt. The food was incredible. Generous size chicken servings, juicy meat, fresh hot dinner role. Everything about the meal was incredible!!!!!!!

Even placing an order through the app ends up in a huge wait when you arrive to pick up. Tonight when I got there I gave them them my name at the speaker/explained I was there for a pickup, but by the time I pulled around they had to ask again and then ask a bunch of questions to find my order. Took them over 20 minutes to prepare a cheeseburger and fries.

Yesterday I waited 17 minutes in one of there assigned parking spots. Upon going into the store to inquire about my order the individual working the drive through was on there phone. It took me another three minutes just to acquire that individuals attention. This is completely unacceptable. It appears as though this staff does not care about serving there customers, they appear to be more focused on there phones. I only get a half hour for lunch. Yesterday I barely got to eat anything I ordered because of the ridiculous wait time.

Then when you get your order its wrong, my husband was so annoyed we just drove away paying for items we didn't even get. Topper our order was made wrong. So sad. I cant even give service A single star.
- EEEnMay 1, 20265.0The staff are very friendly, we came before the dinner rush. We came at 4pm. We got a whole chicken dinner as well as Harvey's take out. We didn't have to wait long for our order. Very happy that the chicken size are larger than they use to be. Over all very happy with the staff, how clean the place was. We'll be definitely coming back here and would recommend this location.
