We ordered fresh vegetable spring roll in rice paper to go. First she wrapped in in plastic wrap and put in a paper bag, took us 5 minutes to get the plastic wrap open, then it was very gooey and sticky. It was so filled with cilantro, we threw it back in the bag and did not eat. We also ordered fried dumplings. they also put them in a paper bag. Took one out to eat could not bite it, the edges were so hard we tried to pull the edges off and could not. Threw it with the spring roll and it all went in the garbage. I have been to Thai Express before and love it, this food was a garbage a total waste of time and money.
