- CBCHRIS BALL3 days ago1.0Contrary to the positive comments I have to say that I will never go back to this place My husband wanted Swiss chalet so we went to the one on Glendale ave He persuaded me to get some too even though I had food at home. When we brought the chicken home and I opened the box there were 2 pieces rather small accounting for half a chicken , what a joke. The leg was tiny and totally dried out . I couldn’t even chew it and spit it out! The breast was a bit less dry but still not juicy and the wing was completely burned black! The fries were not fresh and lukewarm. The sauce has shrunk to half size the only thing they couldn’t ruin was the coleslaw! I paid $50 for the both of us, my husbands meal included a small piece of chicken and some ribs! Seems the ribs were OK he didn’t complain. This only confirmed for me that I will stay away from takeouts because the companies have become greedy and low quality! Shameful

The food always amazing because we used to have it here where I live and now we have to cross the border to get it. The only complaint I have about the food was my soup was not hot. But the waitress never came back to find out so I couldn’t warm it up and for the restaurant it does need updating but it’s clean.

Had to literally drive to the restaurant last night after paying for my food to be delivered because they were missing over 20 dollars worth of food, and the food delivered was god awful. Never ordering from this restaurant again.

Its always amazing to see someone who enjoys their workplace and what they are doing and that energy rubs off on you. Would absolutely recommend coming to this location for any meal!
