I noticed the workers were touching the receipts with their gloves while manipulating the food. Today there were two ladies working on orders and we finally got acknowledged. She only asked if we wanted it toasted but I noticed she added cheese without asking. When I requested to have the cheese removed, she put the cheese that was on my salami onto my friends sandwich (Who doesn’t eat meat). My friend noticed that there was cheese and asked for it to be removed and switched to shredded cheese. The worker responded rudely by saying “I asked and you said no”. The worker took the used cheese and put it on ANOTHER sandwich for an online order. As I sat down to enjoy my sandwich, I found a hair on the lettuce.

Even though the restaurant was empty and my sub wasn’t ready yet, she rushed me to grab my drink in a passive tone, which felt unnecessary. What made it worse was that she then said something to her coworker in another language, "Did I ask for too much?". That came across as dismissive, which made me uncomfortable as a customer. Good customer service matters, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. I won’t be returning.
