  Worst food I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken was dried black on the sides (probably too old) and the slice of cheese was completely dried as it was left outside for days. I’ve had a bad experience before with one employee who was always rude and screaming but I went back hoping she doesn’t work there anymore. She wasn’t but the food was terrible this time. Never ever put a cent in this place again. Completely disgusting 🤢

  Our 10 piece bucket had 5 legs and 5 other small dark meat pieces soaking in ¼” of grease. Same as last time. Will not go back.

  If there was a way to put a 0 star I would have. We went through drive through, got our food service was fine. We have a bite of or twister wrap. And it was so salty, I called KFC. Complained and they told me to come back after 30 minutes to get a new order made for us. Go back after 30 minutes for the manager to tell me to it’s not ready it’ll be another 15-20 minutes I ask for a refund he said he doesn’t do it. Then I raised my voice cause I was mad and he wasn’t happy but how can he expect me not to be upset. I’m waiting nearly 45-50 mins for my food because there’s tasted like crap. They need to close down. In the end he just comes back and gives me a refund I had to leave because I had to go and pick up my kid from day care. So no food.

  One particular young male individual I’ve dealt with a few times. It’s always been just amazing service at this location.

  We Ordered an online ordee at 10:15pm , the girl serving from drive thru was really rude , we waited long enough for our food ,we thought it would be freshly made so we were patient enough just to see stale fries and dark turned out chicken cold , no wonder the 2.5 stars here!! Should have checked before ordering !
