  Order yesterday for takeout order. Food was so ridiculous. Chicken was so chewy and it’s so overcooked and cold. They took almost 45 mins to prepare a single meal box. Is this a fine dine in restaurant or quick service restaurant ? Zero food quality and zero customer service. Never gonna visit this location.

  Awful experience. Woefully understaffed. Not allowed to use main terminal. Staff had to run back and forth from front counter to drive through terminal while also having someonw in their ear. Just the pure enshitification of Fast Food industry exemplar.

  The worst.. The only way to order inside is a touch screen tablet that won't show the deals and the only way to even be able to talk to a person going through the drive through is when they are completely done preparing and serving the customer in front of you. 199% avoid this KFC.

  Placed a mobile order for pickup and went inside. Found other people waiting and no staff in the front. Turns out they can't do card payments on the front kiosk and can only do cash, leading you to have to use the self-serve kiosks. This is for KFC higher-ups if they ever even see it, but the self serve stations are terribly designed. A customer couldn't find the size of fries he wanted because individual fries weren't in the sides menu. You would click on the "fries" option in the sides menu and it would give you the option of large fries or 2 individual fries and 2 drinks??? You had to go to the value menu section just to get an individual fries size, how ridiculous. People came in who had already ordered and were waiting for upwards of 45 minutes. Meanwhile, drive thru orders were flying out the window. We waited a total of 50 minutes for our order while everyone waiting inside was ignored. One guy was shouting out for orders and didn't really accommodate for the fact that people were waiting ridiculous times for food. Also, don't bother ordering the mashed potatoes, I ordered an individual sized mash and got a Dixie cup size worth of mash for like 4 bucks. Waste of money..
