  We come here once a month or so and always have a good experience. The food is always good and service friendly. Krystina was very nice today. Laura and Sarah are always great.

  We had a wonderful lunch. We ate the trio special and for dessert the butterfinger ice cream cake. Omar, our server, did an amazing job in recommending us the food and taking care of us!

  Went there for dinner with a friend got the steak and salad totally tasteless just junk the meat was all tough look nothing like what was on the menu. My friend had chicken wings didn't feel good from when we left he was vomiting on the way home he ended up being sick all night long clear case of food poisoning.

  Had a server I believe her name was Brie. She was very attentive and knew the menu well. I had some questions about a few different items and she was very knowledgeable about everything I asked. Left very pleased with the service and good.

  My boyfriend and I decided to take our two daughters out for dinner tonight at our local Kelseys on YMCA Drive, where we are regulars. We received our starters quite quickly, which was great, and they were delicious as usual. I ordered my usual chicken parmesan with Alfredo noodles. Unfortunately, the chicken was very burnt on the edges, and the noodles were undercooked. One of my daughters ordered the Ultimate Bacon Burger and specifically asked for no tomato and no onions. However, her meal arrived with crispy string onions, which were not mentioned in the menu description. She is allergic, so we sent it back and received a new burger. After we got into our vehicle to leave, she was still hungry and took a few bites of her burger, only to realize that it was completely raw inside. We also ordered our usual dessert, the funnel fries. When they arrived, there was only about a teaspoon of ice cream, which is far less than the normal portion. It’s very unfortunate to have such a disappointing experience, especially since we are regular customers and know many great staff members there.
