  racie was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, funny, and took the time to genuinely chat with us throughout the evening. She had such good manners and made sure our boys had their coloring activities right away, which we really appreciated. The food portions were great, everything was tasty, and our meals came out quickly despite how busy it was. She checked in consistently to make sure we had everything we needed and made our whole experience enjoyable. More staff like Gracie are truly needed in the industry — her customer service was exceptional

  to be brief, food was OK but service was horrible..we had to wave so many time for napkins and or other things..no one smiles and the staff look that they don't want to be here...now another story on the hostess, first time in my life I was scared from a hostess, not only not smiling but the look she gave me when I came in with my family...last year i went to this place and it was amazing not sure what happen now

  We came for a night mother-son dinner and were extremely happy with the service the food and the atmosphere. Medallion Steaks can be hard to cook sometimes and my son’s came a little under and it was replaced and handled with no fuss no muss and an apology which sometimes means more than the replaced food. Our server Conner was awesome, courteous and genuine. Definitely will be back.

  Had an awesome experience at Kelsey’s thanks to Dusty! Super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was fast, the atmosphere was great, and you can tell he genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. Definitely one of the best service experiences we’ve had in a while.   We’re regulars at Kelsey’s and come in a lot for the half-off apps after 9. Dusty was great, very attentive, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable. After all the times we’ve been here, we somehow never knew you could add extra toppings to the potatoes, and she pointed that out to us which was a nice surprise. Overall, really solid service and one of the better experiences we’ve had here. Thanks, Dusty!
