  A very disappointing experience all in all.While the decor is lovely and our waiter was very pleasant and efficient,the food was lacking flavor and definately not home made. First if all our reservation was mysteriously lost.We were left standing around awkwardly at the door until finally someone who appeared to be in charge handled the situation and got us seated. I had spaghetti and meatballs and to be honest everything about it was horrible.The sauce lacked flavor and the meatballs were hard, dry and burnt.The ceasar salad was not fresh and the lettuce was limp.I don't know how this was accomplished but even the bread and butter had no flavor.We were a party of nine and not one of us could say we enjoyed our food or the experience. I have been to other East Side Mario's and have not been this disappointed.I just hope because the location is fairly new that they are still working out the kinks.I'm not sure that that accounts for the quality of the food though. Will probably not go back!

  We had a wonderful experience at East Side Mario’s! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Chloe, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Her excellent service really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Chloe, and the East Side Mario’s team for a great experience! We’ll definitely be back.

  Today, my son and I had lunch at East Side Mario’s in St. Catharines, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server, Emily, was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and very kind to both me and my son. She made our lunch feel smooth, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Thank you, Emily, for your excellent service and for making our lunch such a great experience. You’re a fantastic server, and East Side Mario’s is lucky to have you on their team! We truly appreciate you, Emily! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Wanted to give a hugeeee shout out to Alyssa! She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We stopped in to get some food after having a pregnancy across the street. When we first walked in we immediately knew this was the place to eat Alyssa was our sever and she was the absolute best. Always checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and it was! 10/10 would recommend coming here to eat and if you do go see Alyssa she’s the best!

  Came in tonight around 5pm. Everything was great until our food came out before the appetizer. When we asked the server she blamed the kitchen for missing the order. Another 15 mins goes by and still didn't have the appetizer and our meal was pretty much finished. We asked the waiter again and she looked confused. Three people at my table and I was only offered cheese. The guy completely missed my husband and my daughter. I called him back and I was given a dirty look as my child had tears in her eyes. Then our bill came... the debit machine came before we even knew the final price. Once paid our waitress didn't say thank you or have a good night. I had to verbally ask for my daughter ice cream as it's part of her order. Terrible service
