  Genuinely why is it taking 30 minutes for a sandwich? ALSO if you are out of salad how about you use your eyes and TELL PEOPLE before they order. I’ve worked fast food these people are incompetent. Was serving people in the drive thru while 12 people had been waiting in the actual store. People were walking out.

  My lord this place sucks. They're so insanely slow. When they're busy (as in more than 8 people inside) you will very likely be waiting 20 mins + for your order. The staff are friendly enough but whoever sets the schedule here needs to be replaced. I have never waited as long at any restaurant in town - fast food or sit-down. If you want chicken go to Popeyes.. or drive to the KFC in Carleton Place and you'll still likely be in and out quicker.

  Went to their two days in a row. Both times got my order wrong. I ordered a big crunch sandwich meal box.He brought me out a big crunch sandwich.Fries and gravy, nothing else in that meal you are supposed to get popcorn chicken.I also ordered dipping sauce.Didn't get that. The fries I got were so disgustingly old and stale there was basically nothing on my chicken sandwitch no real mayonnaise or lettuce at all.Just chicken and bun. They don't speak english.You're in an all english basically speaking town, don't hire people that can't even speak english. Completely unacceptable. Yes, this review is harsh, but I am so tired of going to this location now.Since the new people have been hired and you can't even get what you ordered

  Great place i always come here, the chickens so good always and the staff are so friendly and helpful everytime i come.

  Went in on a Wednesday 20 minutes before close. They told me that they only had 2 pieces of chicken left and would not make more chicken. Was a bit disappointed.
