The staff are very friendly — absolutely no complaints there. I’m not a daily visitor, but I usually order a family bucket (8-14 depending on the occasion) once a month. I just got off a long day of work and don’t feel like cooking, so I ordered an 8pc bucket with large fries, large popcorn chicken, and large gravy for my family. The 8 pieces were nice, I can’t lie — they gave us some pretty large pieces! But the fries and the popcorn chicken were only ~2/3 way full, and the fries and popcorn chicken (plus the gravy) were the things I was most excited about eating. My family is happy with their 8 pieces, but I (the person who actually paid for the meal) feel like there has been an injustice for what I paid for. I also have other complaints about the gravy, but that’s more for the KFC corporation, not for this specific location. The gravy here was fine, but it’s been on a general decline over the past several years.
