  Spent 102.95 I didn't get my dipping sauces we didn't get all of our chicken there was no one there to greet us missing a fry and a gravy as well what is going on s.f KFC drove from c.p to there and missing stuff not kool

  Do not come to KFC in smiths falls. Waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes no one took my order then came inside and 10 minute wait for food. It wasn't busy so reason for not taking my order in drive thru is horrible.

  Empty restaurant for a reason. Ordered 1 sandwich from the drive thru. The lady took our money without one word, sat and waited for almost 10 minutes for one sandwich in an empty restaurant. When we decided to park and go in the building to see what was taking so long, she finally came to the window and handed us a bag that was not even folded or left open, it was squeezed like a bag of garbage as she handed it to us. Not only could we not understand her accent, we had no idea what happened in therr for 10 minutes after they took our money. The sandwhich was overcooked and very sloppily put together. There was one job to do and it it wasn't taken seriously or done with care. This looks very bad on KFC and Smiths Falls to have a reputation like this. Never eating there again.
