  Ordered a double meat steak and bacon with them. I’ve ordered it regularly in the past and had no issues. This order was absolutely ridiculous. There wasn’t a teaspoon of meat on the sandwich. It was a veggie sandwich with bacon essentially. Contacted them and was basically told I’m wrong because they use “the scoop system” and Uber Eats would refund me which they won’t for these orders. I actually didn’t ask for a refund. Would have happily returned to have it addressed but that wasn’t an option as the woman on the phone was quite argumentative. A pictue says a thousand words. The attached picture is my “double meat”

  Service today left a lot to be desired. The young woman was so unfriendly the entire experience became very uncomfortable and awkward. I hate to think how anyone older might have handled her rapid fire questions and demeanor. Politeness a long way.

  I ordered for my team at work Apr02-2026, we ordered 6 subs then another one after. They screwed up and gave our Chicken Teriyaki sub to someone else, they gave us someone else's Turkey sub.. When my employee went back to tell them they argued and said she made it and gave it to us. They didn't offer him anything in replacement like some cookies or something. When he came back and told me I was annoyed. I called them to tell them about the switch of the subs, she said she offered my employee a replacement (which he said NO they didn't). My other employee took the turkey one they sent so a replacement wasn't acceptable anyways. I asked her what she was going to do for me as I now spent 120$ at their location. She said you can talk to the girl who made it if you want. UMM No i want to speak to your manager. She said they are in after 3 which i asked her to have them call me. Guess what.. THEY didn't call! I will never recommend this place. Nor will i EVER buy anything here again. Side note my pizza sub wasnt even heated. It was cold eww.
