  Employees ignored drive thru for far too long. I had waited enough time to check if this place was actually closed which it wasn’t, record a video of the time just to show they were open, and leave. I pulled up to the window and the employees were sitting there talking and laughing. Even then they still ignored the car at the drive thru. If you don’t want to be open, then change the damn hours so I’m not wasting my time.

  If I could give a zero star review i would A bad meal can happen. A bad operation is a choice. The Simcoe location managed to deliver both. I couldn’t understand a word the staff was saying. the order took nearly an hour, and the chicken tasted like it had spent the afternoon marinating in something that should’ve been buried. If you’re going to serve food that tastes like garbage, at least have the decency to serve it quickly. Save your money, your time, and your appetite. Avoid the Simcoe location.

  Called in a order 40 minutes in advance before showing up I go inside to pay and you guessed it they didn’t have my order ready they tell me it’s going to be a 30 minute wait on chicken after being told my order would be ready classic Simcoe kfc
