  Attempted to bring my son here are 7:30 on a Monday and the dining room is completely blocked off. Person behind the counter said it was due to being understaffed, yet there were at least 3 people on staff. Took my business elsewhere.

  Great experience at this location! The fried chicken was perfectly crispy, hot, and fresh right out of the kitchen. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff was friendly while handling the rush. Will definitely be coming back to this spot!"

  Worse customer service ever. The one guy that works there is beyond rude and he shouldn’t be working in a customer service environment. The drive thru takes forever and you always have to pull around the front and wait for order. Which I guess is not too bad because your know your getting fresh food. But then when they bring the food out half of the stuff is missing and then they give attitude when you tell them that the food you paid for is missing.

  I should have read the reviews before we wasted our time and money on this sad excuse for a "restaurant". We ordered online at 8:30 PM and was told food would be ready at 8:48 . Inside the store at 8:54 and waited way too long for someone to even notice me ( and I was standing at the order pickup counter).After 10 minutes I was finally noticed and told that the chicken was just being taken out and that there were 9 orders ahead of mine. So, 5 to 7 minutes and I would have my order. I went to the car and came back in to the restaurant and was rudely told by staff to move away from the order pickup area because the floor was wet. The only dry part of the place was at the back of a lpng line of customers who hadn't even ordered yet. So after another 15 minutes I get told that they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN! Another 7 minutes wait. Long story short: finally after 45 minutes, we got our order of greasy chicken pieces, popcorn chicken with the consistency of shoe leather, terrible gravy, a macaroni salad that was the worst I've ever had, and fries that were sprinkled with sugar ( I swear!) When Mary Brown comes to Simcoe, this place is history.

  Today's visit was disappointing. 😔 The service was truly dreadful, with staff showing little interest in assisting customers. The overall experience was unpleasant. 😒 The atmosphere was decent, but it couldn't salvage the poor service. 👎 The food, however, was fantastic! 😋
