  Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a veggie footlong as I am strictly vegetarian, but the employee was making meat sandwiches with the same gloves and then handling vegetarian ingredients without changing them. This was really upsetting and unhygienic from a vegetarian customer’s perspective. I hope the staff is trained to be more careful with vegetarian orders in the future.

  May 5 2026.... 4:00PM Went in to get a Meatball sub. Was told they are out of all bread. They "just sold out.. to a baseball team". What baseball teams are buying 30+ subs... before 4:00 on a Tuesday? Asked which teams purchased that many... and was told I am "not allowed to know". Hmmmm Mentioned I visited 3 days ago, and they were also "sold out of bread" at 5:00PM (and couldn't get a sub) When I asked frankly.. so... I can't get a sub, between 4 and 6 PM on any day... I was told by the Manager... correct. So... between 4:00PM and 6:00PM... you can't get a sub from.... Subway. Interesting. I shall NOT return.

  To the staff James & Noah from April 30 night shift. You guys were great , you banged out our orders like a pair of champs 🏆. You worked as a team . Very polite and humorous thanks again for your speedy service. Need more staff like you two

  I’ve consistently visited this location because the portions are usually great and the staff is typically good, but tonight’s experience was completely unacceptable. I arrived near closing, and while I understand being out of certain items like spinach at that hour, the service was the real issue. I ordered two meals but was charged full price for every individual item. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to fix it, claiming they "couldn't do anything" and couldn't offer a refund. Instead of taking responsibility for the pricing error, they blamed me. To make it even weirder, after I argued for the meal deal I actually ordered, they handed me the two bottled drinks as if they were doing me a favor or giving me "charity." It was incredibly rude and patronizing considering I was being overcharged and didn't even get the cookies that come with the meal. I am very disappointed by this lack of professionalism. Being treated poorly for questioning a clear mistake is not how you keep regular customers.

  I really wanna talk about my recent visit here at subway. Specially thanks to james and his buddy they guys were super good and polite to us and they made sandwiches really good
