    Staff were very slow and had no sense of urgency. All the subs were really dry and we were really disappointed with everything we got. They were out of everything but the white bread. There was supposed to be bacon on one of our subs and we never got any bacon.

    Jen & Lauren were lovely they handled a large indecisive group and order. They really were patient and listened. I also had a different type of request and they were happy to accommodate. Thank you for a good dinner.

    The textbook definition of what customer service is about. I tried to place an order using the Mr. Sub app but the order didn’t go thru. They started making the sub for me anyway while we tried to figure out the issue. What an exceptional location.
