  I placed an online order for pickup so i could get my food faster. it was NOT at all fast. i placed it 15 minutes before i got there and it took an extra 25 minutes for them to make my food after i asked about it twice. if ur hungry, ur gonna starve before u get ur food.

  If I could give 0, I would. I placed an online order for pickup 20 minutes before arriving, yet it was not ready. When I asked, the staff were dismissive and rude. After waiting an extra 25 minutes and complaining twice, they began preparation. Customers who ordered later with larger meals were served first. My order was small, so I do not understand the delay. The space felt very dirty and uncoordinated.

  Came here for a delivery pick up… restaurant is a mess and the staff didn’t even take a moment to acknowledge me waiting there in an empty store with another customer for atleast 10 mins… after two other people a staff member asked “did u want to get something”… it’s really not that hard to just address a hi, please give me a moment ; I’ll be there in a second… there were about 3 or 4 staff members… and two or three were just chilling at the front talking amongst eachother. They could use some pointers on better customer service…

  This place does not know how to put out of stock on the stuff they do not have. E.g. if you order the 10 pc chicken for $10, after you order and wait they'll give it to you and say oh no more original or no more chicken. You have to wait 40 mins for the next batch...

  I think today should be the last day I come to this location. As it’s near by to my area it is convenient for me to get, however this location is ridiculous. The wait for food is over 15 minutes for a simple meal. The food is not even prepared well always messy and gives barley any meat. They have enough staff to move fast enough to prepare food on time. This location should be avoided if you want “fast food”.
