The order was received 15 minutes ago confirming the time the order will be ready and every time we come at the time requested they ask us to come back 10 minutes later because they’re not ready. This happens literally every single time

I used the drive thru both times and made the mistake of not looking in the bag until I got home, which is a 15 minute drive away. The first time they forgot my fries supreme and then last night they forgot my cinnamon twists. The staff needs to be retrained on how to put food in a bag. I know it's hard.

I waited on the counter for 10 mins with my food getting cold and when I finally got to the lady on the front counter and asked her where the chilli in my cheese fries was, she said we don't have any, we are out of it, and very bluntly and rudely frowned and asked me if I wanted mayo instead. I mean, firstly, why would I order chilli cheese fries if I just want cheese fries, and why do I pay $7 for them? Secondly, u rudely tell me that I don't get paid for what and ask me to take mayo and neither tell me before handing it over to me that we don't have it? What kind of customer service is this? I don't understand. Why the hell should I opt for mayo something mild when I want something spicy? Heights of stupidity, I don't get what I paid for and I am not even informed that its not there just handed over what they have....like really u decide for your customers. The lady and the man at the back looks like they are owners. They are barely bothered about their customers either
