Ordered Crunchwrap and it was absolutely worst looking wrap I have seen in my life but still the lady working there had an audacity to say it’s nicely made with an angry looking face. Will like to connect to the owner. No wonder there is not a single person at the counter of Taco Bell inspite of being such a busy food courts. This is at Scarborough Town centre

It took forever, the machine took my order then cancelled it, I went to the cashier and ordered, and they got my order wrong. I suppose I should have checked my receipt, but man, it was annoying. I was the only person inside ordering at this point. And the guy couldn't have cared less... At least my fries tasted good, the portion is like a kids size now though....
- SSSHMar 31, 20261.0I came today thinking I'll give these people another chance but I was once again wrong. I bought a FRYSUP, the box was so light in weight I decided to check before leaving. When I opened the box it barely had fries, I showed the staff and she rudely said thats all I can get. Never again, enough chances with this location especially the older looking Asian woman with the glasses, always with a frown. Not my fault your unhappy, I'm just trying to support the business but not anymore. Not sure whats worse her attitude or the food prepared.
