My wife was having a rough few days with our teething infant so while driving home from an appointment with them both, I suggested we pick up some Swiss Chalet fries to cheer her up. Big mistake! While I was driving, my wife submitted a pickup order for 4 boxes of fries via Uber eats and then waited in the car outside the store until the app said our order was ready. She offered to go in and grab our order as I was comforting our baby. She spoke to the very obviously overwhelmed single employee working the desk about our order and was told it wasn't ready yet. Then after roughly 10minutes, he looks at an order that had been sitting there since my wife entered the store, and said it was her order. She brings out the food (I had been pacing back and forth in the parking lot at this point trying to console my screaming baby) and I asked her to double check the order. Of the 4 fries we ordered, we had one single order of cold fries. We checked the receipt stapled to the bag and it confirmed it said 4 orders of fries. Back she goes into the store to speak to the employee. An additional 20 minutes later, with me back to pacing in the parking lot with the crying baby, they gave us the missing fries. On top of this, multiple other customers exiting the store saw me with the baby in the parking lot and after commenting about how cute the child was, stated that "this location is always extremely slow." If you want Swiss Chalet and have a vehicle, drive the extra 10min to the location on Eglinton. You'll get your order, be back home, and be able to eat hot food in less time than it takes this location to make 4 orders of fries.

The service is always great and no matter the time of day, Im Always greeted with a Smile and warm Welcome.
