    Pinelopi is usually our waitress at this Swiss Chalet and her sunny disposition and great service always makes our day. Food is always consistent, so you can't go wrong with Swiss Chalet.

    We’ve had Pinelopi as our server more than once, and every time she is absolutely wonderful. She manages all of her tables on her own and somehow does it with a smile every time. She is quick to greet you and take your order, attentive without being intrusive, and always checks in to make sure everything is good. She works incredibly hard and is truly a wonderful server. She also pours a great pint, and we always appreciate the extra sauce 😀 it’s one of those little things we love so much! And the hot water at the end of the meal is the perfect finishing touch. Pinelopi is a real asset to the restaurant, and we always enjoy seeing her when we come in!

    Jin was our server. He was attentive to our table, there was nothing we needed to ask for as he had it covered. He has the most friendliest personality and went above and beyond to make our dinner lovely. We will he sure to watch for him at our next visit.

    The customer service and food was disappointing. My family and I have been going to this location for many years and to receive such disrespect is ridiculous. Placed an order online for pickup for 3 sets of 2 can dines and 1 wings deal. After a couple minutes I received a call from a personal number, not thinking it would be Swish Chalet. Come to find out later on it was the manager, Sajid. He was calling to confirm our order but what was already confusing is that he stated that he couldn’t provide all dark meat (which we requested online for all it to be dark meat), and was asking if they could provide half and half, I said yes I can adjust but why can’t they provide all dark. And he said it is just not available. So why would it be available online? I then mentioned how dissatisfied we would be because of “dietary reasons, we chose dark meat, as white meat also would be charged extra, and its not easily digestible”, as we have elderly eating what we ordered. He then proceeds to speak as if i don’t understand English, in a slow and annoyed tone saying “well like I said, dark meat is not an option. It has to be half and half, and ma’am we won’t charge you. And actually white meat is healthier”. Are we calling to request or to demand? Who speaks to a customer in this manner? I am well aware of the difference between white and dark meat but to be spoken to like I’m stupid is crazy. I bring up immediately that I don’t appreciate his tone and he proceeds to ignore and be like ok well we’re going to do half and half ok bye. Once we got to the restaurant to pick up the order, I calmly requested for the manager, which is when I found out that it was him on the phone. I stated “I’m not here to argue, I’m just here to mention that what we discussed on the phone was, i felt to be, disrespectful and inappropriate to a customer. I understand from experience how frustrating a holiday rush may be, as i am a manager myself” he then says its “not frustrating” and he mentions “we always give half and half, there’s never an instance where its all dark meat since we can’t provide such”. Why is this not mentioned online? Is this for all Swish Chalet, and how is the customer supposed to know if not mentioned previously to ordering? There was many people in the restaurant waiting to be tended to so I didn’t want to drag the conversation, but there is NO WAY that there is NO dark meat if white meat is extra charge, and you have A RUSH! He apologized but it seemed so ingenuous and it didn’t seem like he got the memo. The food was also cold, dry and under cooked, but expected as the service always reflects the food served. I apologize for the extreme paragraph but I hope that no one experiences this ever, and as A MANAGER, to show a better example to your employees and to your customers in the future.
