I bought two sandwiches at 11 am , and while we were eating them on the way, we discovered a hair inside one of them near the end of the sandwich. It was obvious that we had already eaten part of it before noticing. I felt extremely disgusted, got sick, and even started having stomach pain afterward. I went back to the store to explain the situation, but instead of apologizing or offering a refund, both the employee and the manager acted like it was nothing serious. They kept saying it was “just a small hair,” which was honestly shocking and unprofessional. To make things worse, the employee preparing the food was not even wearing a hair cover. The hygiene standards were clearly poor, and the whole experience was unacceptable. I definitely will not be returning.

I still had about 5 minutes, the door was open and the open sign was on and she refuse to take my order. Horrible customer service. To the owner this is unacceptable and bad for business, if I was able to walk in you were not closed and to denied service when it wasn't even 10:00 pm. Please train your employees better or hire someone with better customer service experience.
- VWv wApr 26, 20262.0Whoever the lady working at this location just seems miserable, no customer service at all. They also don’t put the standard amount of ingredients and on top of that the veggies are not fresh. Refused to warm up cookie as well. Horrible location.
