  Bad floor cleaner or mop smell doesnt allow u to stand there for long time..that odd smell dominates the pizza smell and i doubt they re-use some boxes coz they had worn out prints

  Today Morning for the first time I have tried papa jhons pizza with my baby. I ordered NY16 two topping walking special. The order has taken gentle man , he told me to wait 15 minutes. I was surprised because the pizza was ready by 9 minutes. When I ate I feel so good taste.From today I will try papa jhons pizza. Unfortunately I did not ask the gentle man name , If I go this location next time I will give him"Thank You". I suggest those person who didn’t still take papa jhons pizza.

  Worst store ever visited this summer No doubt - employee 5 star Food-4.5 star But atmosphere disgusting I visited yesterday evening and as soon as i entered i felt like i stepped inside the oven I understand its hot but inside…?? Its no Air conditioning at all no ventilation I feel for those workers They were sweating like hell. It really miserable And i earlier i thought its just for a day but i visited few days back and it was same at that time too SHAME ON OWNER.

  Absolutely terrible service! Ordered 6 pizza's for my staff at 11:15am and they confirmed my order was sent. At 12:15pm I called to see if my pizza was being delivered soon (as the app was searching but no location), the customer service rep told me that they had received the order but none of the stores had confirmed it. I asked what this meant and he said none of the stores were working on it. I then asked if I hadn't called when would someone have reached out to me. I was very upset and told them to cancel my order and hung up. At 1:05pm almost two hours after I ordered the pizza's the delivery driver called me and told me he was outside. I told him I had canceled almost an hour ago, I was already enjoying someone else's propt delivery service. Then a couple minutes the restaurant called me to tell me the same thing. Absolutely insane! Almost two hours after I put in my order did they finally arrive
