- GGGeorge GJul 7, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience with the staff. I placed a BOGO DoorDash order on July 7 at 9:30 PM and called right away to request a different sauce for one pizza. I was told it was already in the oven, even though I had just placed the order. By 10:30 PM, our order still wasn’t ready. When I called to ask for an update, the employee became rude, got angry, and started cursing at me. We usually enjoy Papa John’s, but the service at this location was very disappointing. I hope management addresses how their staff treats customers! The pizza arrived cold and very dry. There was barely any sauce, and there was a large section of crust with no sauce at all. The quality is disappointing!!
