  I used to order from this location very often until I had an incident where they messed up my order and they were extremely rude about it. Like Im trying to ask them questions and they are flat out ignoring me. So I contacted customer service and they advised me that someone would call me about what happened. I never received a phone call, instead I received an email dismissing my experience and when I replied to them and stated that I was still expecting a phone call, no one ever got back to me. Not only has the quality of their pizza gone down, but so has their customer service on all fronts. So I haven't been back since to this location nor have I bothered to order from any Papa Johns after this. There are other pizza restaurants that treat customers kindly and with respect.

  I ordered from Papa John’s and the food was really good fresh and tasty as always. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier. She was rude in her responses and not helpful when I asked about the type of cheese used in the pizza. Instead of explaining, she replied in an unprofessional and annoyed manner, which made the experience unpleasant. The food was great, but customer service definitely needs improvement.

  I came to this location for a cheese pizza for my kids and I told him please don’t overcook the pizza and don’t cut the pizza when I come after 30 minute the pizza was in the oven. They take out the pizza. The pizza was were cooked when I told him the pizza is were cooked and also I told you don’t cut the pizza and the pizza was cut then they said OK we’ll make another piece for you. I was in hurry. I was not able to wait for more 15 to 20 minutes, but they don’t care about the customer and they don’t care what the customer want. I brought the pizza to Home. The kids doesn’t like it and we throw the pizza in garbage.

  Extremely disappointed with this location today. I've always loved Papa John's. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza for pick up and one of their workers mistakingly gave my pizza to the wrong person. The other worker called the guy, who drove off out of the plaza with four pizzas, to come back and return my pizza and get their correct pizza which was still in their store. They then wanted me to take the pizza that was returned. I am very disappointed that I was asked to take a pizza which had left the store with someone else. That's absolutely not how a store should be handling food. I then waited there for my new pizza which one worker had said they'll make for me. Unfortunately they messed up the new pizza because they remade someone else's order instead. They then gave me the option of taking the old pizza that was returned or this new one they made which was not my order. I refused and then the worker blamed me for not picking up my pizza on time. That's not my fault. The workers should be triple checking an order before handing a pizza to someone else. While waiting for them to make my actual pizza again, I asked for my refund which the worker had said he would give me in front of other customers at the beginning. He then refused to give me a refund and refused to admit that he had let me know that he would provide a refund. He said he will let the manager know. After explaining my case to him again, he finally canceled my order and gave me a refund and I finally got the pizza I ordered an hour and a half ago. I'm extremely disappointed with the two workers today. This is not how a customer should be treated. Don't make multiple mistakes and offer the wrong pizzas to your customers, accuse your customers for being late and deny the refund. Do better. Will not be returning to this location.

  I’ve been a regular customer of Papa John’s Pizza in other locations, so I know the serving sizes. I visited this location because it was on my way home. To my surprise,upon reaching home I received only three toppings instead of four, and the serving was minimal. I didn’t even taste the cheese. Never again in this branch .
