- GFGagan FloSep 2, 20261.0Tried calling to order but no one was picking up. So I decided to just drive down to the store and call from the parking lot and see if workers would pick up the phone. Called 3 times and workers didnt even bother answering, they were just on their cellphones. One of the worst Papa John's in Scarborough. Thank God there are other pizza places close by.
- JJJanelle JamesJul 22, 20261.0I used to order from this location very often until I had an incident where they messed up my order and they were extremely rude about it. Like Im trying to ask them questions and they are flat out ignoring me. So I contacted customer service and they advised me that someone would call me about what happened. I never received a phone call, instead I received an email dismissing my experience and when I replied to them and stated that I was still expecting a phone call, no one ever got back to me. Not only has the quality of their pizza gone down, but so has their customer service on all fronts. So I haven't been back since to this location nor have I bothered to order from any Papa Johns after this. There are other pizza restaurants that treat customers kindly and with respect.
- MMMohammad MangeraJun 28, 20261.0I ordered from Papa John’s and the food was really good fresh and tasty as always. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the cashier. She was rude in her responses and not helpful when I asked about the type of cheese used in the pizza. Instead of explaining, she replied in an unprofessional and annoyed manner, which made the experience unpleasant. The food was great, but customer service definitely needs improvement.
