This one I am happy to say has friendly staff, who can make a good chicken burrito. They aren’t cheap on the veggies and they stir the chicken so it stays juicy in the container. This place has been added to my fast food rotation. The restaurant itself is in a weird little plaza but it’s not too bad to access. The interior is clean but not very cozy. Very much an eat and leave place where you don’t want to sit for too long.

When got home, there was a sour taste, believing it could be from the fajita mix, I’m a regular Mucho Burrito customer and usually have a great experience. Today I stopped in to pick up my usual create‑your‑own bowl for dinner. Everything seemed fine, but I was told the Guajillo Sauce I ordered wasn’t available and was offered another sauce instead. I also asked about the Death by Johnnie sauce, which I’ve really enjoyed in the past, and was told it hasn’t been available for 2–3 months because the head location is cutting sauces. That seemed unusual, but I accepted it and continued with my order. When I got home and started eating, I noticed a significant amount of hard, overcooked rice mixed into the bowl. It was uncomfortable to eat — soft rice in some bites and very hard pieces in others. It felt like leftover rice may have been emptied into the fresh batch. I’m sharing this because I genuinely like Mucho Burrito and visit often, but today’s experience was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and quality going forward.
