  I must be very lucky to have not encountered the 'staff' other reviewers speak of, or they're not working anymore. Been to this location 3 times in the last year, & each visit is pleasant. Subs made to order with zero issues, bread fresh & toppings generous. Super Assorted & Roast Beef subs heated upon request, & Pizza sub heated automatically. Service was friendly even though store was empty. Granted, my 3 visits all occurred about 45 minutes before closing.

  I purchased subs at this location about a year ago. They were amazing - so much better than the Subway near me. So I went back today. I bought 3 subs for 3 people. We all complained about our lunch. The bread was stale. The sandwichs were thrown together, a mess. I was trying to deal with the 2 staff members making the sandwiches so my attention was divided and they asked few questions about the toppings. The sub with meat had about enough to cover an English muffin. Just a bunch of stale bread. What a waste of $50.00. I have bread and soggy toppings in my green bin. What happened to this business in a year. People, don't waste your money. This Mr. Sub takes no pride in the food they serve.

  Would rate it 0 if I could. The older gentleman at this location is one of the rudest, most condescending peopIe I have ever met in customer service. For a franchise, it's deplorable how they treat the community they are in. I refuse to attend this location in Scarborough as they aren't welcoming nor helpful. They will lie to you about coupons not working and refuse to help the issue. Several individuals have refused to return here due to the demeanor of their employees. If you value customer service, DO NOT go to this location. Note to store - I have already reported this treatment and poor service to your district Area manager so no need to ask for more details to be shared. I hope you customers boycott your location - we deserve proper service for our hard earned money!!

  Ordered on Uber Eats and missed my buy on get one and the cookies I ordered ! Disappointed I would give less than one star! It’s not hard to read instructions
