  This location sucks now that they did the renovations.The place is a lot smaller now. They also took away the drinks.So you can no longer refill. The service is a lot slower. Mcdonald's is no longer kid friendly. I guess the only good thing is that they put a patio. That's pretty much it Oh , and if you're trying to collect points , their machines don't even work

  Employees need training on health and safety. I asked for a bandaid after cutting my finger on the coat hanger in the bathroom and they said they couldn't provide me with one. I stated that they should have a first aid kit on site, and they couldn't confirm if they had one.

  April 19,2026 I placed an order and the every time I go and there is a specific Indian girl there that I get a hard time getting my food as if I’m taking a food I didn’t order they wouldn’t give me a a refund or my food

  I placed a breakfast order through the McDonald's App this morning and selected curbside pickup at McDonald's, and the experience was completely unacceptable. From all my previous visits, staff would normally bring the order to the driver’s side, which is basic common sense. However, this staff member chose to go to the passenger side — even though no one was sitting there. I had to awkwardly stretch across the entire car just to reach my food and drinks. This was inconvenient, uncomfortable, and frankly poor service. What made the situation worse was the staff member’s attitude. They appeared visibly upset and treated me in a cold and unfriendly manner, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. This level of service is unacceptable under any circumstances. If curbside pickup cannot be handled properly, then it should not be offered at all. Customers should not have to deal with this kind of inconvenience and attitude. On top of that, aside from soft drinks, the coffee at this location is noticeably worse compared to other McDonald’s locations. I expect far better service standards from a global brand like McDonald’s. Management should seriously look into this incident and review the staff member’s behavior, as this experience does not reflect the standard customers should receive. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit, and I would strongly recommend going to another location instead.
