  My order #319 to go today have missing medium fries, small fries and 4-pc chicken nuggets....so disappointing to open it at home with your orders missing

  Very disappointing experience. I came in to buy food and tried paying with a real Canadian $20 commemorative bill from 2015 featuring Queen Elizabeth. The employee at the counter immediately assumed it was fake without properly checking or verifying it. He then called the manager over, and they refused to accept it. The situation was honestly embarrassing, especially considering the bill was completely legitimate. To make sure, I went directly to the bank afterward and they confirmed the bill was real with no issues at all. I understand employees need to be cautious with counterfeit money, but there’s a professional way to handle situations like this. Instead of making assumptions in front of customers, staff should be properly trained on how to verify uncommon bills before refusing service. Definitely left with a bad impression after being treated like I was trying to pass fake money when I wasn’t. I’ve added the photo of the bill to educate you guys since no one seems to have a high school degree Ps to the Filipino kid working at cash: Stop giving hallway monitor energy you’ll go further in life without acting like this!

  There's a gentleman named, Jonathan who typically works expo / the pass and he is always so good. He's loud so you can hear the number he's calling, he's quick, but if he thinks you've been waiting too long, he checks in with your number and makes sure to get your order out. Or he let's you know what the delay is. Always good when he's working
