For a fast-food restaurant, the wait time has been extremely slow, and this has happened several times in a row now. Orders take far too long even when the restaurant is not busy. The food is fine, but the slow service completely ruins the experience. I hope management improves the speed and efficiency soon.

The manager Sineka and her team showed exceptional kindness by going out of their way to find me by reaching out through Social Media after seeing my name on my cards. I am really grateful and thankful for their effort. I was able to get everything back.
