  They NEVER, get your order right; it's so annoying I find myself just throwing wrong orders out, the anount of times I've had this issue

  I only stopped in for a coffee. This location is very busy & I entered the store rather than use the Drive-Thru. Despite the large amount of customers the staff members were efficient & friendly in taking my order & the order was prepared quickly & given to me in a friendly & respectful manner. I have worked in Fast Food Customer Service in the past & I appreciate the difficulty in serving a large crowd of people. Considering this the staff was quick, friendly & did a great job at dealing with an rush of customers at the counter. I've often experienced rude & virtually non-present staff at places like this but despite the line at Drive-Thru staff was very effective at the counter as well. I recognized their efforts & appreciated their service in a manner which exceeds most establishments such as this one. Keep up the good work & I will see you all again.

  This place has gone downhill since the new owners. The back of the restaurant during the winter is full of people hanging out and not buying anything. Every time we'd go near the back of the restaurant to use the washroom the people hanging out would ask for spare change or cigarettes. Security does absolutely nothing about this. There are people that even walk up to the cars in the drive thru or stand near the windows and ask for spare change as well. I get it, it's not the greatest neighborhood but something has to be done. The back of the restaurant had a bench in the back boarded up as well as the bathroom so no one, not the customers or people who hang out there all day can't use it after eating their half filled room temperature large fries with almost no salt on them, their flavorless burgers with microscopic amounts of beef in them or have a sip of their watered down soda with the bare minimum of syrup in them to constitute it as a coca cola. Ever since the renovation the place has this almost prison cafeteria atmosphere to it. People would have a hard time believing this is a multi billion dollar fast food chain. I can't remember when the Mcdonalds light to attract paying customers to come has been light last. Every day it seems less people are going so I can't wait to see what replaces it.

  I presented a free sandwich coupon from McDonald's head office. This McDonald's Manager wouldn't accept it. The Manager then started treated myself inappropriately, when I asked why he wouldn't accept it. Another customer, overheard my conversation with the Manager (who refused to provide his last name, nor was he willing to write it down - claiming he had no pen available), heard him treating myself inappropriately because I was on a Disability Mobility Scooter, as my scooter became part of the conversation, because the Disability Door Push System was not operational. The customer came to my Aid... bought me a Sandwich (Thank you kindly). The Manager, just walked away. Disgusting Service by the Manager. My opinion: Stay clear of this McDonald's. I do not recommend this establishment for those who are Disabled, especially those who require a Disability Door Push System to enter buildings. Thank you to the original staff member who served me.
