    Ordered food and they cleared the "now serving" screen and made me wait while food that sat on a tray, while they made the finale sandwich. When asked why they cleared my order #... they said its almost ready. (5mins) later. Terrible service.

    Spoke to Panam, Asking for Ice coffee with less Ice. She denied saying we cant reduce the ice?Why? I dont want sensitivity by taking a sip. Whats wrong with this location. I went yesterday to other location they were more than happy to customize it. Please do better McDonalds. And hire better associates who shows they are abit sorry rather than saying. “WE DONT DO THAT HERE”.

    Very disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald's. The service at the counter was very poor. The cashier was quite rude and unprofessional in the way she interacted with customers. I had a negative experience and was not satisfied with the level of service provided. I hope the management addresses this issue

    I waited over 25 minutes for my order of just one cup of hot coffee. But when it was finally given the coffee was already cold. My receipt number was never called out. I was just standing by the order pickup for 25 minutes. The entire time I was waiting the McDonalds staff were chatting and laughing with each other. When I asked the original cashier staff that took my order and I told him I had been waiting 25 minutes he proceed with handing me a cold coffee and never apologized. After I took a sip I found it was already cold. I went back to the restaurant to ask for a replacement. This time a different cashier staff replaced the cold coffee with a hot coffee and apologized. But by that time I had already spent 30 minutes just for a cup of coffee. This was the worst McDonalds experience I've ever had.

    This is the second negative experience I’ve had with this location. The first time, I ordered through the McDonald’s app for pickup. The app showed the location as open, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. There were multiple other customers there dealing with the exact same issue. My card had already been charged, and when I contacted customer service, I was told they could only offer points in the app instead of a refund for food I never received. I tried dealing with both the store and head office and was sent in circles until I eventually gave up and accepted the loss. Today, I ordered delivery through Uber Eats. The receipt clearly stated “1 of 4 bags,” and the bags themselves were numbered, yet I only received 2 out of the 4 bags. I called the Uber driver, who said there was nothing he could do because he was only handed two bags. While I understand that, there still needs to be accountability from both the driver and staff to ensure complete orders are being handed off, especially when the receipt clearly indicates multiple bags. Trying to resolve this through Uber was also frustrating. I could only get the AI assistant, which offered me roughly an $18 refund on a much larger order. I ordered 5 meals and 1 additional item, but only received 1 meal and the drinks that came with it. The rest of the meals were missing. I finally got through to the restaurant directly, and although I was understandably upset, I do want to acknowledge that the employee who answered the phone handled the situation professionally and respectfully. Their solution was for me to place another Uber order so they could resend the missing food and personally oversee it. The most frustrating part is that I have a sick child at home whose asthma is flaring up, which is why I ordered food for the family in the first place so I could focus on taking care of my child. Instead, one out of my four kids got to eat while the rest were left waiting. At this point, it’s not just about the missing food, it’s the repeated lack of accountability and the difficulty in getting proper customer support or resolution.
