  Somehow everytime we order, our burgers are always squished/twisted More orders wrong in comparison to other Mcd locations (I.e. ordered Mcvalue junior chicken, we got everything except the junior chicken and got 4 piece nuggets instead?? It wasn’t that busy when we ordered but okay..Another example, ordered an iced coffee with extra cream but got an iced americano instead) In comparison, other locations I’ve been to barely have these issues and appears less sloppy (food presentation wise, why my burger folded in half and rectangular most of the time 💔)

  Came in before 4 am were very rude and un professional will never come to this location and will go straight to corporate the service was garbage.

  The men’s restroom at this McDonald’s was extremely dirty. There was no proper partition around the toilet, so people washing their hands could directly see someone using it, which felt very uncomfortable and lacked privacy. The floor around the toilet was soaking wet, and even the toilet paper hanging on the wall was damp. Overall, the restroom was poorly maintained and unpleasant to use.

  I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this McDonald’s drive-thru. The staff never seem to actually listen to what you order and are always rushing customers, yet they still manage to get the order wrong almost every time. On more than one occasion, I’ve had to pay twice because they didn’t hear or enter my order properly. They constantly shove the debit machine in your face before even confirming the order, and whenever mistakes happen, there’s always an excuse instead of taking responsibility. They never apologize for their mistakes either. Almost every visit, I’m also asked to park and wait for my food, and it regularly takes over 20 minutes for the order to come out. The service feels careless, unorganized, and frustrating, especially when customers are paying for mistakes that aren’t their fault.

  At approximately 1:30 AM, I visited the drive-thru. There was no response at the speaker when I tried to place my order, so I had to drive up to the window. At the window, my order was taken, but the staff member behaved in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of properly handing me my food, she threw it down onto the road. This behavior is completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I expect appropriate action to be taken.
