- IMIriss MApr 15, 20265.0I am always happy to come to this McDonald's.Whenever I'm in the mall, there's an older lady that works the cashier and has glasses.I don't know her name, but she's such a sweetheart.Never rushes, always make sure customer has what they need with a big smile on her face.She is a cutie. I also love how diverse this McDonald's is.The ladies that we're working this morning, we're very quick even though it was getting busy, they were quick with the orders and they all had a smile on their face.I definitely enjoy coming here.Never had a problem here , This seems like a great team.

The waiting time was completely unacceptable — I stood there for what felt like forever just to get a simple order. It wasn’t even particularly busy, which made the delay even more confusing. What made it worse was the staff’s attitude. There was little to no sense of urgency, and some employees came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping customers. Basic customer service — like acknowledging people waiting or communicating delays — seemed to be missing entirely. Overall, the combination of long wait times and poor service made this visit very disappointing. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a place that’s supposed to be quick and reliable. I’ll think twice before coming back to this location.
