  My review is based off of my experience here tonight at the drive-thru. We were served by an older black lady with a caribbean accent. She was awful. She was rude, condescending, and at one point screamed at us over the intercom while we were ordering. All because we had corrected an error made on her part. We ordered 1 big mac combo and she had entered it as 2 sundaes. We let her of the error (nicely) at which point she began to yell over the intercom and speak to us like we were stupid.. the service at the windows was no better. It was completely uncalled for and pretty shocking.

  I wonder why I have to give even 1 star for THE GREEDINESS. Never saw a restaurant like this who is greedy to take money from Uber for the items which they don't have it. I ordered 2 Mc Flurry ice creams from Uber on the name of HARSH P. around 3:46 am. They need to remove the items from the Uber if they don't have it. Still, I requested them to cancel the order if they don't have it in stock. BUT, the greedy restaurant employees didn't want to cancel it. They asked me to cancel instead through the drivers. I didn't mind in canceling it but Uber support told that they will charge me 17-18 dollars because restaurants' order status shows that they already prepared my ice creams (which never happened). ALSO, they wasted time, energy and fuel of around 6-7 Uber drivers. I would want to request humbly to the owner/manager of the store to kindly reach out to me and figure it out something because they wasted like 1 hour and got nothing but the disappointment. OTHERWISE, I have to escalate this issue further. These happens frequently here that's why. Thanks.

  I don't understand why mcdonalds has the worst employees but this one especially is pathetic. The amount of times they have messed my order up is just sad. Plus there is no point ordering large fries when they half fill it. Might as well get a full medium and get more. Also, when you order a mcflurry would it kill them to mix it? Photos attached for both. I also just got a big mac, I understand its midnight but why am I getting food that has clearly been sitting around for hours. The buns were legit hard, meat was cold and the lettuce was stale. Honestly avoid this restaurant all together and drive 10 seconds to the west and just hit burger king. Their employees can actually follow an order. Seriously McDonald's pay your staff more and get some competent staff. You guys make so much money yet your cheap as heck. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Whoever owns this franchise location should be ashamed and embarassed.

  I ordered a Junior Burger meal from McDonald’s at around 11:56 PM through the drive-thru, and honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely disappointing. Everything felt rushed, careless, and unprofessional. But the worst part was the burger—it was a complete mess. The bun was smashed, and all the fillings were scattered and falling out. It looked like it was thrown together without any care or quality check. I’ve never seen such poor preparation and presentation. When you pay for food, you at least expect something properly made, but this was completely unacceptable. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would definitely choose that. Completely disappointed with this experience.
