  This place is wild. It’s complete chaos. My family is trying to sit at a table and that was dirty, I went up and asked someone if they could hand me a cloth with some sanitizer spray. She said I can give you a napkin because we don’t have a cleaner spray. I was floored. Then they give me a McMuffin with plastic wrap strewn through it. Absolutely gross place; definitely needs a health inspector to visit.

  Worst customer service ever. So rude and unprofessional. Went in to order a coffee took them over 15 min to serve me. I spoke with the manager Veinice letting her know that I have not received my order as of yet and that my family was waiting. Her Response was I don't care about your family, if you want to wait, wait or you can get a refund.

  Rose at this location is simply the best! Her customer service is exceptional! She even remembers the names and regular orders of most of the regulars. God knows this planet needs a lot more people like her - a ray of Sunshine 🌞

  I understand it's a busy location and it's a smaller McDonald's inside of Walmart. It doesn't excuse however that I've had more than a few instances of either being short-changed on the chicken nuggets, fry's being filled to about one size smaller or straight up just things missing from the bag that I thankfully catch before I leave. The foods just as good as any other McDonald's but I recommend just checking your order thoroughly before leaving.
