  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at KFC! Dania was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. Really appreciated her positive attitude and professionalism. Thank you, Dania!

  I visited this restaurant today,The food was good, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from Dania. She was very kind, patient, and welcoming. She brings such a positive vibe to her job and made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers. Great job, Dania! 😊

  I ordered 14 pieces of chicken, but only 13 were provided. On top of that, the chicken was old and stale. No bill or receipt was provided either. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. This is very disappointing, especially considering the order was incomplete, the food quality was poor, and there was no receipt provided. I would like a refund or a proper resolution for the missing piece and the poor-quality food.

  I want to raise a concern. I would like to see the company do more to hire local students and young people from our community who are looking for part-time jobs to help pay for college, university, or other expenses. When I visit the store, I don't see many local young people being given these opportunities. As a customer, I believe it's important for businesses to invest in and support the communities where they operate. I appreciate the hard work of all employees, regardless of their background, and this feedback is not about any individual worker. My concern is that the company's hiring practices should provide equal opportunities to qualified applicants from the local community as well. A diverse workforce that reflects the community helps build trust and demonstrates a commitment to supporting local families and young people black and white students not only Indian. Overall, I enjoy your food and continue to be a customer. I simply hope the company will take this feedback seriously by making customer surveys truly optional and by creating more employment opportunities for local students and members of the community. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my comments.
