  Very disappointing experience at this KFC location. I ordered the 2-piece Hot & Spicy Chicken, and after waiting around 5 minutes, the staff casually informed me that it was not available and offered regular chicken instead. What’s frustrating is that this is not the first time — it has happened to me 3–4 times at the same location. If an item is repeatedly unavailable, it should not continue to appear as available on the menu. The lack of proper communication and the casual response from the team made the experience even more disappointing. If it happened once or twice, it would be understandable, but repeated issues like this show poor management and customer service. Not satisfied with the experience at all.

  placed an order for pickup and, while waiting for my food, I observed the employee working at the front coughing and puffing into her hands while continuing to handle food and pack orders into takeout bags. She was also moving between the cash area and kitchen area without washing her hands. I do not know her name, but she appeared to be a tall, slim woman with brown skin. Given current public health concerns, including hantavirus awareness, I found this very concerning from a food safety and customer health perspective. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately.

  Very convenient location and I've never had any complaints with the food. Can get busy at times especially on Tuesdays but they're usually efficient and on point. Fajar was very friendly and provided excellent customer service for my recent visit.

  I had a very disappointing experience with my order (#64365) at this location. I was charged for an upgrade to Mega Fries but received a small portion, and my Macaroni was missing entirely. When I called the store to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful. Despite explaining that I do not live in the area and was only passing through, they insisted that I must drive all the way back to the store to pick up the missing/correct items. They flatly refused to issue a refund, claiming they "don't have a refund option." It is completely unreasonable to expect a customer to spend more on gas and time to fix a mistake made by the kitchen. If you are just passing through, double-check your bag before leaving, because if they mess up, they will not help you unless you drive back.

  I would recommend you don't come to this location.Not only is it not professional, it is disgusting.This is my second time being here.The first time I have no issues yesterday evening.I decide to pick up a quick little something to bite. Apparently, the cashier doesn't take orders.Whatever I order my food on the machine as i'm Standing their Waiting for my food , I hear the cashier talking to another customer telling her she apologizing that they are so slow , because one of their co- workers in the back is not feeling well and is throwing up. I noticed that there was only three people working the cashier , a lady in the back and the gentleman that was cooking the food at the back. I asked her because I overheard the conversation.Did you just say that your co-worker is throwing up?And she's here.She looked at me, shocked that I even heard her conversation.She said she wasn't feeling well, so I told her if she's not feeling well and she's throwing up.She shouldn't be handling food. Realizing that I was getting upset, she decided to lie and said that she never said that.Meanwhile, the customer beside me was agreeing with me, just shaking her head agreeing that she should not be working and dealing with food. She was packaging people's food.How do I know that she's washing her hands every time she goes throw up?And she's not feeling well , we don't know that she should have been sent home. Anyways, my point is this place is not professional.They would rather have sick people working serving your food than to send them home and hire more people or get somebody else.So go to this location at your own risk.I will definitely not be coming back after she lied.In my face and has people working there even though they're sick , yeah , that's a no for me.
