  Depending on who is working will determine your experience, I have been here many times and 50% of the interactions are fine the other 50% horrible. When a customer orders something specifically that's what the customer wants. But when you get to your vehicle or home and it is NOT what you ordered it is upsetting. So know your choices are 1. Eat something you didn't order because you don't like that or get in your car and drive back. 100% of the time the cashier puts the order in properly because I double check. 100% of the time the people reading the order to pack obviously can't read it properly or don't care too. Management is obviously not doing there jobs either because I am not the only person with this particular complaint.

  cashier and employees in this store always lied to customers said they did not have any spicy and hot chicken , but they have them available in fact. there is always a big mess or chaos in this store, and those employees never know how to do their jobs properly. it seems nobody care about customer service in this store. the food we got from this store is room temperature, and it is not hot at all. anyway, this is a very terrible place for kfc food wish kfc company could close this shitty store

  Slowest drive thru, they make you drive in circles and come back or ask you to wait out front for 20 mins on small orders

  I feel so bad for this location, let me explain. Came here Tuesday for their Tuesday promos, toonie Tuesday and taco Tuesday. As you can imagine, they're busy this day. I got a 4piece chicken combo (used coupon offer) and 10 tacos (for my family not all for me). While waiting for my order, a guy was complaining how his chicken sucked and wanted the golden brown ones. The manager explained they're all the same. Eventually the guy got his refund after causing some commotion. A few mins later, a lady came in and complained they gave her the wrong items. She got macaroni side instead of fries. Redflags are already coming up so when I got my order, I counted my tacos and chicken. Thought all was good then I got home I realized they never gave me my fountain drink. Now I'll be dehydrated... I feel bad that they already dealt with two irate customers. So I'll just let go of the fact they didn't give me my drink.
