  Very disappointing experience at KFC. I waited 40 minutes for my order, and it still wasn’t ready. The staff were unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about the long wait. They need to improve their customer service and manage orders much better. I won’t be returning unless the service improves.

  I placed an online order at 12:26 PM and had to wait 45 minutes before receiving my food, even though the restaurant was not busy. During the wait, I asked the staff several times how much longer it would take, but my questions were ignored and no one provided an update. To make matters worse, after finally handing me my food, I had to wait another 5 minutes just to receive my drinks. The cashier was also very rude and unprofessional throughout the experience. This was a very disappointing experience. Better communication, customer service, and order management are needed to avoid making customers wait unnecessarily without any explanation.

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Ramodo! The drive-through was extremely busy with a constant stream of orders, but he handled the pressure with incredible professionalism and composure. Even with how overwhelming everything was, he remained calm, polite, and genuinely kind to every customer. It’s not easy to maintain such a positive attitude under that kind of stress, but Ramodo made it look effortless. His excellent customer service, patience, and dedication really stood out. Employees like him make a huge difference and deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Ramodo, for your hard work and for providing such an outstanding experience!

  Ordered on ubereats; tell me how they got every single part of our order wrong. Dark meat bucket has almost entirely white meat, asked for corn as a side got only gravy, asked for sauce on the side (which you pay extra for) did not include it, ordered a 2L pop no pop? Whoever is working the night shift tonight is not reading what the orders say, just throwing whatever together at a quick glance and no quality checking. Absolutely disappointing, what even happened here? Spent over $90 to get an almost completely wrong order with several missing items? Who is in charge here? You’re a sinking ship!

  Was scammed by these people, and this is about all I can do so why not. Seems like this is a common issue with this restaurant, if I was the manager (parya I think it is) id be embarrassed to say I run this place. I ordered food and was completely ripped off. It was a 4 piece, I only got 2 and not too mention it got too me cold. Took an hour to arrive and it didn't even come with my drink THAT I PAID FOR. Called Uber for customer service, got none. Went to this place for a refund, didnt get one. Just embarrassingly bad service from this place. Ik this review isnt gunna bring it down or anything but if I can warn just 1 person go to a different one. This place just straight up sucks.
