  I bought a 10 pcs bucket of chicken and specifically asked for Dark Meat, as there was an option. This is probably more than a handful times that I have asked for dark meat but I got ALL WHITE MEAT instead. If the situation was they ran out of dark meat, I would’ve appreciated it if they called me to tell me that they were out of Dark Meat.

  They have tendency to mess up my orders and make me wait 30+ minutes for a quick order. Don’t recommend for fast service.

  They forgot my Spicy Big Crunch and I don't know if they will rectify the mistake. Missing food on drive thru here seems to be a regular occurrence at this location. Please can you make sure you give your customers what they paid for and to double check orders. Sometimes customers ignore the missing drink or the missing fry but this ruined my evening it was suppose to be a treat.

  I want to give a big shout-out to Latha at KFC. She is an amazing cashier and truly wonderful at her job. Every time I come in, she’s kind, patient, respectful, and very professional. She has a great attitude and makes customers feel welcome and comfortable. Her service really stands out and makes the experience much better. KFC is lucky to have her — thank you, Latha, for your excellent customer service!
