These ppl never pick up their phone and when you go there, they give you a bit of an attitude, specially from the staff that’s making the chicken (owners?). Really bad service. And on top that their chicken used to be good but now it’s gone down hill. They run of the spicy version a lot and you have pick up their ‘waste’ chicken. It’s a “whatever they have” model.

I had the most upsetting interaction with your staff, to think she is a fellow Filipina, never in my entire life heard of a company policy from KFC that doesn't allow taking pictures of your menu. So absurd and infuriating. I got so upset that I just walk out and take my business elsewhere, please educate your staff regarding policies that should be posted on the premises so the public should be aware.

Unfortunately, this is the worst branch I’ve ever been to.
The staff’s attitude was very rude and completely unprofessional.Customer service really needs improvement, and respect for customers should be a priority.
I don’t think I will come back to this branch again.

The chicken is too salty, very salty. The restaurant keep changing chefs. KFC need stop changing their formula.

Worst experience ever. The lady in the kitchen has zero customer service. I felt sorry for the young man in the front being trained on that day. She has no management or people skills and argues with customers after messing up orders. Wouldn’t visit again.
