It's not the same as the old KFC that was not crispy at all. But at least you could taste the pepper and other herbs and spices. Not even the gravy or coleslaw was good. The young lady in front was doing her best, but she was obviously stressed. I really hope they turn things around. Their chicken used to taste completely different from their competitors and that was why I liked it. Now it's like a saltier version. I sincerely hope that they improve their product before they lose all their customers.

- VKVraj KansaraJun 10, 20261.0The food was great and Everything but the cashier was rude as hell last time I came they forgot my half order and the cashier had a ton of attitude as well and this time I went ordered combo and the drink with it she gave me half empty and didn't even close the top properly. Very poor customer service their was an elder man as well in front of me and she didn't attend him properly. I don't know what to say but please look into it. The cashier is dark skinned with dyed red hair.
