- RMRon MominAug 8, 20261.0Wish I could have a negative review rating option, There is no freaking any socket on the wall to plug snd charge phone and when I requested to charge phone and the supervisor an Asian girl (just to make the manager recognize, not meant to discriminate) said in a very rude way to another cashier to take on her responsibility only, and the cashier was afraid to do so. Bad day went more worst when she was the one garnishing the burgers, even before me saying lettuce she said ANYTHING ELSE!!, wow, I think RECIPE needs to take action on them. Worst customer service I have faced in 12 years being to so many different Harvey's across the province. Absolutely ZERO rating.

I really don’t like this one manager, the older lady, and another lady I have had an experience with before. But the new girl, Vanessa, I really love her personality! The staff are usually okay, although sometimes they can be a little unfriendly when I come in to place an order or eat inside. It is also usually pretty quiet most of the time I go. However, everything changed when I met Vanessa. She is a new employee, and it was my first time seeing her. Vanessa was so sweet, patient, friendly, and understanding. She was very helpful and gave wonderful responses to everything I asked. This is exactly the kind of customer service I appreciate! She was also amazing at preparing my toppings. I really loved how she placed them not too much and not messy, just the way I like it! She was such a patient and kind worker. I truly wish Vanessa the best, and I hope she is treated with the same kindness and respect that she showed me. She definitely made my husband’s and my day! I will for sure be coming back again.
