  Very rude staff. There’s zero communication skills I can’t tell if it seems to be a language barrier or just pure ignorance. Ordered the banana split and the guy was extremely stingy with the toppings and didn’t even ask us what sauces we wanted. I specified I wanted caramel, hot fudge and strawberry but he put chocolate instead and all 3 of the sauces were watered down and thin. I felt like I was just eating soft serve with banana and whipped cream since there was little to none toppings. I wouldn’t recommend this location and wouldn’t return

  Very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen. We came in because of the Banana Split special, but the portion we received was noticeably smaller than expected. If a promotion comes with a reduced portion size, that should be communicated clearly. A special offer should still feel like good value—not like you are simply getting less product. Another issue was the washroom. The door was locked, and the staff seemed so busy that there was no real opportunity to even ask for the key. Overall, the experience at Dairy Queen was frustrating and did not meet expectations.

  The restaurant interior might be a bit outdated but the food is really good and blizzards deals that they offer are worth it

  Came here for the cheeseburger and chicken strip meal deals that are offered at every other DQ I've been to in the GTA and this location doesn't offer them. Location was very busy and crowded.
