  Very disappointing experience and I definitely would not recommend this location also the place was so dirty for dinning. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and provided poor customer service. The food quality was far below expectations and did not taste fresh. To make matters worse, they were running out of mayonnaise. For the prices, the overall quality and service were unacceptable. Management needs to address these issues immediately.

  I ordered a chicken bowl for takeout, but the portion was much smaller than expected and the bowl was not filled properly. Unfortunately, the order was also not packed securely. By the time I reached my doorstep, the bowl had fallen out of the bag and spilled. This was very disappointing and frustrating, especially after paying for a meal to go. Overall, I was not happy with my experience and unfortunately, I don’t plan to visit this location again.

  Love the food here, and the location is especially convenient with the gym nearby. One suggestion: consider opening at 10:00 AM instead of 10:45 AM. There’s a steady post-workout crowd looking for an early, convenient meal before heading to work. Opening 45 minutes earlier could help capture that traffic and bring in additional sales. I’d definitely be a regular customer during that window! 😊

  Every single Chipotle I have been to in my life the workers are always not the kindest and they’re always so stingy with portion sizes. Not this Chipotle. This Chipotle changed my perception of life. From the second I walked in to chipotle after two months of not eating it after a long trip I was greeted with hospitality and nothing but kindness. The workers, especially Ashima, Nikko, and Adisha were phenomenal and so nice. All the workers in the building deserve praise and kindness. It is amazing to see how hard and passionate they work. All these negative comments and reviews are false and should not be listened to. This location is amazing and I am truly proud and I will truly be going here every single week. They make me so happy and they were always friendly and we always laugh together. They are so amazing and people need to take that into consideration. 😋🩷

  I’ve been to this new location several times since it opened, and unfortunately, the lack of customer service has been consistent. There is rarely any greeting or acknowledgement when you enter. Even today, I ordered my food online and watched the staff prepare it. Instead of bagging my order once it was ready, the employee continued preparing another 8–10 meals before finally bagging mine and placing it on the pickup shelf. Cleanliness is also another area that needs significant improvement. Hopefully management will address these issues, as better customer service, efficiency, and cleanliness would make a big difference in the overall experience.
