  Worst experience. Ordered online and my order was 25 minutes late, with missing items and some items made completely wrong. Really disappointing experience.

  The food was very cold and old and the portion of double protein is a joke after paying 25$. Never knew why the works are so greedy on how much they put. Overall worst chipotle I’ve been too. I was genuinely disgusted eating the food.

  ⭐ 1 STAR — ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. NOW I UNDERSTAND THE LOW GOOGLE RATING. What an absolutely disgraceful experience. I came to this Chipotle at approximately 8:58 PM with my 5-year-old son. I understand that the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, and I accept that we arrived right before closing. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of courtesy, empathy and professionalism shown to my family. My son had not eaten since the afternoon. He was hungry and standing right in front of the staff, and eventually started crying. We were not asking anyone to stay open for another hour. We simply asked politely if they could help us before closing. Instead, we were treated in an extremely cold, rude and dismissive manner. There was no empathy whatsoever, even while a young child was standing there crying. The manager is Philipino and they have mostly philipino staff they taking in there language made an already terrible situation even worse. I tried to explain what was happening, but he did not seem interested in listening or resolving the situation. No empathy. No meaningful communication. No effort to make the customer feel respected. If you are closed at 9:00 PM, that’s completely understandable. But there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that to a customer. The way this was handled was simply unacceptable. The entire atmosphere was unpleasant and unwelcoming. The staff appeared tired and disengaged, and it genuinely felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than people who were choosing to spend their money at the restaurant. After experiencing this myself, I now understand why this location has a Google rating below 4 stars. Unfortunately, my experience completely explains why customers may be leaving such poor reviews. This was not just about being refused service close to closing time. It was about how my family was treated. A major restaurant chain should expect its employees and managers to demonstrate basic professionalism and courtesy, even when dealing with a customer who arrives shortly before closing. My family will never return to this location. I will also share my experience with people in my community because families deserve to know what kind of customer-service experience they may encounter here. Extremely disappointing. Completely unacceptable. Zero hospitality. Zero empathy. Management seriously needs to look into this location and the customer-service standards being provided. One of the worst restaurant experiences my family has ever had.

  They are closing the counter for taking orders 5 to 7 minutes before worst customer service. As Ireached in the queue 6 minutes before person before me said that she was the last person after her they did not take orders. This is not good customer service.How they can close the counter 5 minutes before.Staff behaviour is also very arrogant. Manager is also very rude. As I request that want to take out food for my son not for myself.They Should hire some good people who know how to treat customers.
