- CMChristopher McDonough5 days ago4.0This is my preferred Burger King location. I don't live nearby. I commute to this location every time I'm in the mood for Burger King. The staff here are unfortunately overworked and understaffed, causing very slow service. However when the food does come, it's pretty much perfect. Better than any other location in the city. Like how Burger King food is supposed to be made. Other locations in this city cut corners in the worst ways possible. This location, the few staff there are, they work their butts off and they get it right every time. Please hire more staff on the grill during evening rush, and maybe get one more person doing the front and this place would be perfect.

There is only 1 person working here and it took 30 minutes to get my order. I get that there was only 1 person working and the day I went to this location, it was a holiday but that's no excuse for such an unacceptable wait time. Also the floor is very sticky, probably from juice spills. And when the worker said my name to pick up the food, I thought it was mine, so I opened the bag on the counter to make sure I got everything but the order was completly wrong, it was actually someone else with the same name as me, so everyone in the store started laughing at my face which made me really embarrassed, I am a very awkward and kind of shy person. And thats when I found out my order at the kiosk did not go through. So I told the guy and I paid at the register. And when I finally got my food another 15 minutes later (which totals to 30 minutes waiting in the store), my food was horrible. Fries are burnt and mozzerella sticks were not in good shape at all. Please avoid this place for now.
