  I highly recommend thinking about your life choices that led you to choosing this restaurant. If you are quizzical, sit down and take a short read of this review... So, here is my story. I went late at night, albeit with limited options. My first choice was McDonald's (lets be real, midnight McD run? A beautiful thing). The service was slow so I opted for the much less insane KFC drive through. Well, what a mistake that was. I was greeted by a foreign student. I assume all staff this night were. Myself, trying to be polite only asking what options were available 30 minutes prior to closing was exchanged with a foreign language followed by laughter. "Chicken", is what i was told. Amazing. Like I couldn't figure that out. I apologize for caring even slightly to not force your workers to bust into a freezer in the dead of night to exclusively make me whatever slop those fryers can muster at this hour. At this point I gather the chicken has been maintained in a hot holder for an ungodly amount of time, probably since 4pm at shift change. It is garbage to me and a health hazard, and as such I will put it there. Now I understand and have actively hired foreign students, that is not an issue to me. My problem is the very clear disregard to human safety and care for customers. I feel violated being put on display as an animal as they spoke of foreign tongue laughing at me through the drive though and vehicle window. If I were on public display to be scoffed at, perhaps they should be paying me? Regardless; this will be the last time I ever order from KFC. The level of professionalism has hit a floor that only Bernie Madoff can see. The prep area is disgusting, which is very clear through the drive through window. By the way, its not my first rodeo in the service industry. End of the day my ratings would equate to 0. 1 star is perhaps too high. My recommendations would be to retrain the night employees or terminate employment. People should be held responsible for the maintenance and safety of the public at this point in time. To the public, be wary of afternoon and late night orders from this restaurant. Keep your family safe. Edit: Sorry everyone. Forgot to mention what I ordered was hard as a brick and cold. I guess the hot holders weren't working at the time. I didn't eat anything. It was obviously expired before shift change. Will be requesting a refund and talking to a manager.

  I just walked in to use the bathroom and this random kid was sleeping who knows how long he has been waiting for his food

  Order on kiosk after 15 follow up my order, the indian staff ask me whats my order because their system are down, show them my order and waited for another 20mins, when i went home my order are incomplete...poor service
